Refund & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns or exchanges only if the product itself came with production defects. Returns or exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
  • We do not issue refunds or exchanges for reasons which are as follows but not limited to: customer changed his/her mind, customer made a mistake in choosing product options during purchase, shipping issues not within the seller’s control.
  • If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us your name, shipping address, order number, and reason of return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item.
